Who We Are
Tri-lakes is a family-owned and operated school uniform, embroidery, and screen printing business located in Southern California, serving our customers’ needs since 1992. We are familiar with the myriad of fabric blends in the marketplace. We can print or embroider on a wide variety of uniforms, t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, moisture-wicking material, polo shirts, bags, and more. Our growth from a small mom-and-pop business to a premier provider of decorated sportswear for hundreds of customers is the result of intense pride in our work, a dedicated staff of 20 professionals, timely delivery, and a very competitive pricing model. Our diverse customer base ranges from local school sports teams to the rose bowl. We pride ourselves on giving each of our customers, no matter what the order size, the same level of personalized service tailored to their individual needs.
Tri-lakes’ 10,000 square foot manufacturing and warehousing facility plus a well-trained staff (most have been with us for more than 10 years) ensure your satisfaction from order time through delivery. We take this level of customer service so seriously that once you are on board, we assign you to your account representative, who will be your quality controller on the scene. Your account rep is familiar with the specifics of your orders and is always ready to answer your questions. In addition, we have two full-time graphic designers who can create a design from your specifications or convert any design for screen printing. We always send you (or your customer) a color composite for review and approval. Plus, our in-house digitizing for all your embroidery needs means we turn orders around fast.
Our state-of-the-art screen printing equipment includes one 12 station ten color automatic press, two manual presses, and a new numbering machine. We also have more than 30 heads of embroidery and a chenille machine which produce amazing results. We guarantee that your customers will be impressed with the quality of our embroidery, even when rendering the most difficult design on a non-traditional fabric.
We try to get every order out of our warehouse within 2-4 business days once the artwork and garments arrive. We also understand that there are times when you need things in a hurry, and we want to be a true partner by helping you meet these unexpected deadlines. That’s why we never charge extra for rush orders.
Thank you
